Soprano Julie Mathevet and tenor Maxime Melnik feature in the 2021/22 season at La Monnaie

CLB Management are delighted that two of our singers, Julie Mathevet and Maxime Melnik, will be performing in the 2021/22 season at La Monnaie | De Munt.

The Royal Opera House of La Monnaie, meaning Theatre of the Mint, is Belgium's leading Opera House. It is a cultural meeting point in the centre of Brussels, and for more than 300 years has gathered people together for Opera, Dance, Recitals and Concerts.

Julie Mathevet will be performing the role of Eine Fünfzehnjährige in Alban Berg’s ‘Lulu’ which opens on November 2nd 2021.

Maxime Melnik will be performing the role of Un venditore di Canzonette in Puccini’s ‘Il Tabarro’, the first of his one act operas from ‘Il trittico’, which opens on 15th March 2022 and the role of Bois-Rosé & 1er Moine in Meyebeer’s ‘Les hugonnotes’, which opens on June 12th 2022.
