Nicholas Scott performs Vivaldi’s Beatus Vir in The Festival de Printemps (Spring Festival) which will be Live Streamed on April 24th.

Following the Festival Dans les Jardins de William Christie, which has drawn enthusiastic audiences since 2012, the Conseil Départemental de Vendée and Les Arts Florissants have launched in 2017 a new event: The Festival de Printemps (Spring Festival). Under the artistic direction of Paul Agnew, this new highlight will mark the artistic season of the Les Arts Florissants and the Vendée.

Combing the pleasure of music and the beauty of gardens, the Spring Festval is an invitation to discover the sacred choral repertory in the exceptional setting of the churches of the South of the Vendée region. During a whole weekend the festival-goers can immerse themselves in the works of a composer thanks to a rich programme of concerts, exchanges with the public or the discovery of William Christie’s garden at a moment of the year guaranteed to amaze you…
