Lauren Lodge-Campbell performs the role of Amor in Paride ed Elena with Bampton Opera
Lauren Lodge-Campbell performs the role of Amor in Bampton Opera’s upcoming production of Paride ed Elena with performances on 23th & 24th July, 30th August and 24th September.
Bampton has gathered a wonderful cast including, as always, young professionals who are emerging into significant national and international careers.
Singing the role of Paris, originally composed for a male castrato, is the soprano Ella Taylor and opposite them as the feisty Helen is Lucy Anderson. Lisa Howarth will perform the role of Pallas Athene, and new to Bampton Opera will be Lauren Lodge-Campbell, causing mischief as Amor.
Thomas Blunt makes a welcome return as conductor and Alicia Frost as choreographer with Jeremy Gray directing.
