Paul Carey Jones makes an impressive debut in Reykjavik with new opera: Brothers!

Paul Carey Jones made a successful premiere last Saturday, June 9th in Reykjavik with Brothers, a new opera composed by Icelandic conductor Daniel Bjarnason.

Jones jumped into the role of The Colonel with two weeks to learn the difficult music and choreography. According to several critics he executed both admirably, with Icelandic newspaper Fréttablaðið, writing that “the supporting cast, including…Paul Carey Jones turned in strong performances.”
