Reginald Mobley Triumphs at the BBC Proms!
August 2nd saw Reginald Mobley’s BBC Proms debut at the Royal Albert Hall, performing under Sir John Eliot Gardiner with the Monteverdi Choir and English Baroque Soloists. In a programme featuring two of J.S. Bach’s Lutheran cantatas and psalm-settings by Heinrich Schütz, Reginald excelled receiving rave acclaim from critics: – “counter-tenor Reginald Mobley, made everything glow with meaning” (The Telegraph), “The alto aria showcased not only Reginald Mobley’s lovely soft-grained counter tenor voice..” (Planet Hugill).
